Advanced Brain Health for Aging
Services
Brain aging doesn’t follow a single path, so neither does our care.
Some people arrive with new thinking changes and need clarity. Some are sent by their healthcare provider for complex diagnostic or treatment decisions. Some already have a diagnosis and simply need a team that can keep up. Others come to us before any problem exists, wanting to understand their future risk, make sense of a family history, or build a proactive plan to protect the brain they have.
Whichever door you walk through, you find the same thing inside: thoughtful medicine, honest conversation, and a personalized path forward. And for those who want ongoing support, the opportunity to build a trusted relationship that evolves alongside your needs.

What We Stand For
Integrity
Precision
Courage
Integrity
Every recommendation has a clinical reason. We don’t sell tests you don’t need, and we don’t withhold care you deserve. We help you understand what science can tell us, what it cannot, and how to make thoughtful decisions for you and your family.
Precision
Your brain health story is unique. We combine advanced science, careful evaluation, and a deep understanding of your goals to create a plan designed around you. No generic protocols.
Courage
Facing brain aging takes courage. So does naming what’s true, creating space for hard conversations, and staying for all of it. We do this work together.
A message from the founder
I built BrainLove because individuals and families deserve better than what I could give them inside the traditional system. Rushed visits. Fragmented care. The message that brain aging is something to manage slowly toward an inevitable ending.
That's not the medicine I trained for, and it's not what the science now allows. Brain aging is not a slow walk toward an inevitable ending. It is a complex, treatable, deeply human condition and the people living it deserve a physician and team who will act on that truth.

Real Experiences. Real Lives.
All my life, every time I forgot something, I asked myself: is this the start?
My first neurologist was satisfied with, 'We'll follow the progression and delay it as long as possible.' Delay is not a plan. I know how this story ends if nothing changes.
Then my internist told me about Dr. Cabral — someone with the training and experience to truly guide me. With Dr. Cabral, I finally have an ally. For the first time, I have hope.
Kenneth S.
Dr. Cabral spent over two hours with me.
She took the time to listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and really dig into the details. I felt heard, respected, and cared for.

Complete Trust
With Dr. Cabral, I felt a level of safety and reassurance that I desperately needed as my parents' cognition declined. I trust her completely.
Gisele L.
My wife has had Alzheimer's for 12 years.
I am a retired Internist. The old system for helping families is grossly deficient. Dr. Cabral has created an entity where all my wife's needs are met — and as a caregiver, there is professional help for me too.
