  • Brief neuropsychological assessment (90 minutes)
  • Comprehensive initial visit with Dr. Cabral (90–120 minutes)

  • Safety assessment to support independence and daily functioning
  • Optional Alzheimer’s APOE genetic testing with pre-test and results counseling by Dr. Cabral
  • Follow-up visit with Dr. Cabral to review findings and recommendations (60 minutes)
